Best US Betting Sites (2026): Top Legal Sportsbooks Ranked

FanDuel Sportsbook is the undisputed top overall US betting site in 2026, commanding 44% market share by gross gaming revenue far ahead of DraftKings (34%) and BetMGM (14%). 

The app (4.8/5 on Apple from 2.1M+ ratings) is the gold standard with lightning-fast navigation, zero-lag live betting, and a 10+ leg Same Game Parlay+ builder that crushes competitors’ versions. I’ve used the app to stream NBA, NHL, and MLB games for free!

However, I didn’t have a positive experience with FanDuel’s live chat. I spent over 10 minutes dealing with an irritating bot before finally connecting with a human. 

Fortunately, FanDuel makes up for the slow customer support with markets for 20+ sports with hundreds of NFL props and competitive odds (often 4-5% hold). I bet $100 on the Rockets to beat the Suns at -116 and took advantage of 4.2% vig.

There are relentless promos like daily No Sweat Tokens, 30% winnings boosts, and Parlay Hub. Banking is also top-notch with instant Venmo/Apple Pay deposits and 24-hour withdrawals. Not to mention it’s available in 24 states, the most of any legal US betting site.

I’m not the only one who is high on FanDuel. Reddit users love the bet $5 get $250 in bonus bets welcome offer, and some players have been getting up to 4 boosts a day!

DraftKings is in a different league when it comes to NFL player props with everything from passing/rushing/receiving yards to exclusive markets like team to score in all quarters or first/last TD scorer. 

The markets are also very fairly priced. I crunched the numbers, and all win totals markets featured a sub-5% margin. I managed to get the Bills at over 10.5 with only a 4.14% vig! 

DraftKings does Same Game Parlays (SGPs) and SGPx (combining multiple SGPs) right. You can pair a QB over passing yards with a receiver anytime touchdown for boosted payouts. Every time I’ve compiled an NFL SGP, I’ve scored a 20% boost!

If you want to get in on the action early, I recommend DraftKings. They were the first US online betting site to offer over/under win totals, Super Bowl, and Rookie of the Year props in 2027. I’ve already locked in a $20 wager on the Patriots to go one better than in 2026 at +1900. 

The app is a game-changer. BetVision streams select NFL games live. Flash Bet lets you hammer rapid-fire micro-wagers, and Early Cash Out gives you control. I’ve never run into any glitches on Sundays and am a big fan of the TD Scorers section, which I’ve used to compile one-click parlays.

The other day I pulled up a fight between Prochazka and Ulberg at UFC 327 and was amazed that BetMGM offered 50+ props, including method of victory, Prochazka to win in 60 seconds or less, exact outcome, and more. If you’re looking for low juice lines, I recommend sticking to fight result markets. My $100 bet on Ulberg at -105 comes with only a 4.7% vig.

Futures hit early too. I placed a bet on Topuria to beat Gaethje on April 8, more than 2 months before UFC Freedom 250. Bet UFC cards regularly and you’ll be cashing MGM comps, including Vegas suite upgrades, waived resort fees, free dinners, and concert tickets. 

Users on X and Reddit are also big fans of the UFC prop options, but there have been some post-fight grading delays. In terms of raw juice, DraftKings and FanDuel are slightly better, but once you combine boosts and MGM Rewards, BetMGM’s UFC lines provide the best ROI.

I was recently betting on the NBA playoffs at Bet365 and was blown away by the betting options, with over 200 markets for Cavs vs Raptors. I backed the Cavs at -155 and took advantage of Bet365’s very low 4.2% vig.

The NFL boosts are also next level. For the NFL 2026 Draft alone I was offered over a dozen boosts, like a 18% higher odds on over 1.5 TEs being drafted in the first round. Bet365 is also very early with its NFL futures markets. The prices tend to stay soft for longer than other sportsbooks. For example, in April 2026, the Rams were still paying +850 while they were only paying +700 at FanDuel.

Bet365 is untouchable when it comes to in-game micromarkets like alt totals, first-quarter markets, Race to 20/30, and exact winning margin for college football and basketball, which Fanatics and Caesars don’t offer. I just wish Bet365 would reinstate partial and auto cash out, but I suspect these features were costing the book too much money! 

I popped over to Caesars Sportsbook in April 2026 and found it’d updated its welcome bonus. Now for just a $1 bet, you can unlock 10 x 100% Profit Boost tokens. Seeing as BetMGM requires a $10 wager to grab its sign up offer, Caesars’ deal is definitely budget-friendly.

Now in a perfect world, the maximum wager of $25 per boost token would be increased a bit, but you can’t argue with the win cap, which is set at $2,500 per bet!

I recommend you use the tokens on low vig moneyline bets and back strong favorites. For example, I used two boosts on Pistons to beat Magic at -400 and Celtics to outlast 76ers at -278.

Caesars doesn't just feature the best welcome bonus. It also offers, in my opinion, one of the top loyalty programs. I’ve been earning 10 Reward Credits and Tier Credits for every $100 wagered on straight bets and up to 20 for every $100 wagered on parlays. 

The redemption rates are also fantastic. I’ve been turning 100 Reward Credits into $1 in bonus cash via the sportsbook app. Alternatively, you can use the credits to book rooms at the Flamingo, The LINQ, Harrah's Lake Tahoe, and Eldorado in Reno!

Fanatics has its own virtual currency, FanCash, which you can pick up every time you bet, irrespective of if you win or lose. It’s awarded as a percentage of your stake, I’ve been racking up 2% FanCash on all NFL and NBA straight bets, 3% on parlays, and 5% on same-game parlays.

The FanCash exchange rate is 1:1 from FanCash to dollars and can be converted to bonus bets at Fanatics Sportsbook or applied toward merchandise at Fanatics.com or affiliated NFL team shops. I’ve currently got my eyes on a Luka Dončić jersey, which is retailing for $124.99. I should be able to pick it up for free in a month or two. The only downside is the FanCash earn rate plummets to as little as 0.1% for heavy favorites.

Fanatics also runs a Fair Play bonus: if an NFL player you bet on gets injured in the first or second quarter, straight bets are refunded in full and the injured leg of a parlay is voided while the rest remains active.

Other ongoing promos include a weekly Near Miss parlay promo where 20 qualifying bettors randomly receive $100 in FanCash if their parlay of 3+ legs misses by a single leg, with SGPs included. 

Just before Christmas in 2025, I went searching for ESPN Bet only to find out that it’s been rebranded and is now called theScore Bet. Fortunately, theScore Bet isn’t just a reskin. It’s got brand new promos, including up to a $1,000 refund if your first wager loses, lower vig, and a whole lot more! 
theScore Bet is one of the few US betting sites that offers NFL live streams. I was able to watch the Giants and Jets after I made an initial deposit. I also tuned into ATP tennis tournaments like the Madrid Open and caught some Italian soccer action.

My experience only got better when I opened up more markets and found exotic bet types like play-by-play props and method of first score. Hard Rock Bet is also the top spot for NBA parlays, with SGPs maxing out at 20 legs and flex parlays where your wager will still cash even if some of your basketball teams let you down.

I really like Hard Rock Bet’s live tab section. I’ve used it to keep an eye on my LeBron James scoring props when I didn’t have time to watch the game. Also, I’m yet to find an NBA sportsbook with bigger boosts than Hard Rock Bet. Make sure you’re fast because Hard Rock Bet’s The Hundred feature gives you a chance to lock in boosts up to 500% on NBA games but only if you’re one of the first 100 to claim it.

Borgata has some of the lowest vig of any NFL betting site. For moneyline and spread, I’ve been locking in sub 5% vig for all Philadelphia Eagles games.
