Fire Stampede, created by top slot designer Pragmatic Play, is arguably one of the most well-known and liked online slot machine games. At first you might assume that it is due to the Buffalo theme; heck, Buffalo slots have been popping up everywhere as a result of the amazingly popular line of Buffalooooooo slot machines made by Aristocrat Gaming. However, Fire Stampede has earned its reputation due to the high quality game that Pragmatic designed.

The Fire Stampede slot machine is a "ways" game, meaning that you do not need to line up base game symbols on a payline to get a payout. With the 5x5x3x5x5 configuration, there are 1875 possible ways to create a winning combination. You just need to line up the symbols from left to right on adjacent reels.

There are two exceptions to this "left to right on adjacent reels" rule, the scatter symbol and the Connect Collect symbols.

If you get three scatter symbols on the reels, you will trigger a free games feature with seven free games. The bonus can be retriggered. During the bonus, it seems like the odds of getting Connect Collect wins (more about those below) is higher, plus other "ways" wins seem to happen a little more often too.

The Connect Collect symbol also unlocks a feature if you can line them up to create a path to one of the credit prize symbols, free spins symbols, jackpot symbols, respins symbol, or add wilds symbol. If you can create a non-diagonal path to any of these symbols, you are awarded the prize.

The free spins symbol unlocks a free spins bonus. The jackpot symbols award the corresponding jackpots. The respins symbol awards you five respins of the reels to try and get more Coin Collect symbols to create more paths to awards. The add wilds symbol will add a random number of wild symbols to the reels of your recently completed spin.

It sounds complicated, but you should try out the game in fun play mode if you're not familiar with it. It's easy to catch on to the game once you see it in action. It's one of my favorites and I find myself playing it often at various casinos online.

Brick House Bonanza Slot Machine

I've included the Brick House Bonanza slot machine in this review for all our Huff 'N Puff fans out there. Brick House Bonanza, designed by top slot designer Pragmatic Play, is a perfect copycat of the popular Huff 'N More Puff slot machine you can find in land based casinos. 

Brick House Bonanza works exactly the same as Huff 'N More Puff, with just a few enhancements. First, Brick House Bonanza has an amazing theoretical return to player percentage of 95.5%. You will never, ever find a Huff 'N Puff slot machine in any land-based casino that pays that high. The second added feature on Brick House Bonanza is that you can buy the bonus! You get to choose from buying the regular hold and spin bonus with straw houses, wood houses and mansions for 100x your base bet, or you can pay 200x and spin the wheel to try for one of the jackpots, including the Grand, or one of the other features (Mansions, Buzzsaw, or Mega Hat.)

For those of you familiar with Huff 'N More Puff, the rest of this is going to sound amazingly familiar. The base game has 243 ways to win instead of various paylines. There are stacked symbols in the game and the Wolfie symbol is wild. There are two bonus features you can trigger in the base game, the Hold and Spin feature that is triggered by landing six or more piggy banks on the screen during a spin or the Wheel feature that is triggered by getting three or more Windmill symbols scattered anywhere on the reels.

The Hold and Spin feature begins by converting all piggy bank symbols from the triggering base spin into straw houses. You are awarded six free games to try to add new houses or improve your existing ones. During the free spins, landing three or more piggy banks in a single spin will retrigger the bonus, adding one additional spin to your bonus. It doesn't sound like much, but an extra spin can be very valuable in this game. During your free spins, landing any one piggy bank on an unoccupied space will award a straw house. Landing a piggy bank on a straw house space will convert it to a higher-paying wood house. Landing a piggy bank on a wood house space will convert it to the best paying brick house (mansion in Huff 'N More Puff.) Landing a piggy bank on a brick house will result in a wood house elsewhere on the reels being converted to a brick house; if no wood house is available to convert, it will instead convert a straw house to a wood one. Once you have exhausted all of your free spins, the Wolfie will appear and blow down all your houses, revealing rewards.

If you get three or more Windmill symbols, your bonus feature will begin with a wheel spin. Just like the wheel in Huff 'N More Puff, the wheel in Brick House Bonanza includes jackpot amounts, mega bank (mega hat) symbols, windmill (buzzsaw) symbols, and brick house (mansion) symbols. These award the same respective bonuses as in the Huff N' More Puff slot machine.

If you get the Mega Bank feature, the reels will spin until a big pig lands, covering 4-15 spaces on the reels. You will begin the hold and spin with those covered spaces as straw houses and be awarded six free spins. The bonus then continues like the normal hold and spin feature.

If you get the Windmill feature, all the windmill scatter symbols on the triggering spin will move left-to-right until they are off the screen; each time they pass through a space they will upgrade it to either a straw, wood or brick house. Once the windmills have done their thing, the game will continue like a normal hold and spin bonus, starting with six free spins.

If you get the Brick House feature, you've hit a gold mine. Any windmill scatter symbols from your triggering spin will become brick houses (mansions), and then you will proceed with the hold and spin six games feature normally, with one change: any piggy bank that lands during the free spins feature will bypass the straw and wood houses and become another brick house.

Sugar Rush 1000 Slot Machine

Sugar Rush 1000, a Pragmatic Play slot machine, is a seven column, seven row tumbling reels game that requires five or more like symbols to be adjacent to each other (connected side by side or on top of one another to make the "connection.")

At the end of a spin, all paying combinations are removed and the reels cascade and new symbols are added at the top of the reel set to replace the ones that were removed. The reels are then evaluated again, and if there are paying combinations, the process will repeat. The spin ends when no paying combinations remain on the reels.

Spots multiplier feature - Whenever a winning combination happens, the symbols explode on the grid and the payout is multiplied by the sum of any multipliers present on the space under the symbol. If a space hasn't been featured in a winning combination during the current spin, or if it has only been in a winning combination once, no multiplier will be present in the space. After the second win on that space during the current spin, a multiplier of 2x will be established in that place. Subsequent winning combinations during the current spin on said space will result in the multiplier doubling. This will continue for the duration of the current spin. The max multiplier on any space is 1024x. Once the max of 1024x is reached, it will stay at that level for the remainder of the spin.

Free spins feature - Get 3-7 scatter symbols anywhere on the reels during any spin to trigger 10, 12, 15, 20, or 30 free spins. During the free spins feature, multipliers will stay in effect for the duration of the feature; they do not reset to zero between spins. The bonus can be retriggered, and that's where the real money comes into play. I once won over $1000 on a $0.20 bet when I caught the bonus and it retriggered three times, giving me a total of 42 free games.

However, any reduction or elimination of your previous limit will have a minimum 24-hour waiting period until the limit is adjusted.

If you need to step away from the games for a limited or extended period of time, there are some options available.

First, you can "Take a Break" for a short period of time. Pulsz offers 7, 14 and 30 day options if you choose this option. During this time, your account will be temporarily closed. The break cannot be revoked, so once you choose a period of time, that break will run until it is over. If you do the "Take a Break" option, your account will immediately be reinstated once the time of your break has elapsed.
