On a few occasions I had a question about a promotion and I contacted the customer service and support team via e-mail. I wrote them at support@spinfinite.com and the average response time was about an hour. In all cases they resolved my concerns adequately and I found their service to be exceptional.

They are available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, although I haven't personally tested their support at odd times of day.

There is no live chat feature on their site, nor is there telephone support, but with good e-mail customer service I was satisfied without the presence of either.

I do not recommend dealing with this casino they will not respond back and have you resending the same documents and they still will not let you redeem at all they only respond once and something needs to be done they won’t you to spend your money back instead of cashing out

They're horrible people. I mean, they have had me for over 9 days. Constantly rescinding back the same credit card information and screenshots and I do exactly what they asked and they come back and say that both of them are still rejected, even though I'd done exactly what they asked me to and every time I asked them to please explain it in detail since their only. Answer over Gmail, they only sent me a screenshot of the same scripted thing that no one ever explains to me. What I need to do is what needs to be done.They just tell me what to do.And I do exactly that , and I still they still wait a whole day just to tell me that they refused again , i'm just trying to withdraw , and they had no prime , take my money , but they've got all these problems in the pay me

Absolutely terrible I had been waiting for at least 2 weeks since I requested a redemption and had not gotten in finally I figure out how to contact there support even though it’s basically hidden on the site which is a whole other problem, I leave an email asking what’s going on, finally after at least a day I get this response “Hi there, Thanks for the email. I can see your redemption was declined. I have re credited the 750.30 SC to your account so you can redeem again” THEY DID NOT REACH OUT TO ME TELLING ME THIS AND SEEMED LIEK THEY WOULD NOT HAVE IF I DIDNT EMAIL THEM ASKIGN ABOUT IT HOW DO YOU NOT TELL YOU COSTUMER THERE REDEMTION WAS DECLINED. This was this morning at about 5 am est it is now 5 pm est and have not received any response to my reply asking why it was declined. Why didn’t the brain dead support staff tell me why it was declined in the same email telling me it was declined wtf!!!!!
