I wrote them at support@spinfinite.com and the average response time was about an hour. In all cases they resolved my concerns adequately and I found their service to be exceptional.

They are available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, although I haven't personally tested their support at odd times of day.

There is no live chat feature on their site, nor is there telephone support, but with good e-mail customer service I was satisfied without the presence of either.
