    I have mixed feelings about the customer service available at Fortune Wheelz. But before I express any criticisms, let me state that I have found their customer support team to be helpful after getting into contact with them.

    The "problem" with customer service at Fortune Wheelz is that there is really only one good way to get in contact with them. That way is via e-mailing support@fortunewheelz.com

    If you contact them at that address, they will address any questions you may have and response time is pretty good.

    However, this is 2025, and casino players such as myself expect more. There is no live chat with human agents, they haven't built out an FAQ section, and there's not ticket submission system either.

    But again, as I stated earlier, customer service at Fortune Wheelz appears to be competent.

    Fortune Wheelz also has a customer service chatbot. I tried using it a few times and it was unable to help me resolve my issue. Furthermore, I tried to get it to transfer me to a human a few times, but was always unsuccessful.
