Big Circus Mega Fire Blaze integrates a 5 by 3 grid with 30 fixed paylines. The game has a medium volatility, providing a blend of payout frequency and larger payouts. The theoretical return-to-player percentage (RTP) for this game is 95.42%, which puts it in the upper tier of online slot machine games.

The base game includes a smiling circus performer as the wild symbol. It substitutes for all symbols except the scatter (that can trigger the free games) and the cannon and target symbols (that can trigger the hold and spin bonus.) The wild symbol can only be found on reels 2, 3, 4 and 5.

The scatter symbol is a big circus tent. Get three or more of them anywhere on the reels during a spin and you will trigger the free games bonus feature. Additionally, three or more scatter symbols in a spin will trigger a credit prize before the bonus spins begin.

The Mega Fire Blaze Respin Feature (which has some similarity to Fire Link) is the game's dominant feature. It is triggered when six or more cannon and/or target symbols appear on the reels during any spin, either in the base game or during the free games bonus feature.

As mentioned previously, getting three or more scattered big circus tents during a spin will trigger the free games feature.

The free games feature starts with an award of five free spins. The bonus can be re-triggered indefinitely. Each re-trigger will award an additional five free spins.

During the free spins, all wild symbols now have a 2x multiplier. These are multiplied by each other when there is more than one wild multiplier in a winning combination. For example, if two wilds are present in a payline, the win pays 4x; if there are three, the win pays 8x; get all four and your win will pay 16x the normal win.

Although I didn't see it stated anywhere, it also seems like the other bonus feature (the hold and spin) is a little bit easier to trigger while in the free spins bonus. I can't say for sure, but it seems that way, and I have spent a lot of time playing this slot game.

Big Circus Mega Fire Blaze Respin Feature

As I mentioned earlier in the review, the awesome Fire Link style (but with some awesome new twists) bonus feature is triggered when you land six or more combined cannons and/or targets during a spin. It can be triggered during the base game or as a "bonus in a bonus" while you are playing the free games feature.

All the elements that triggered the feature with Target and Cannon symbols are held in position. Five additional symbol rows are displayed with two padlocks each. Symbols appearing on padlocked rows do not contribute to prizes.

Players begin with three respins and all unheld symbol positions spin freely. After every respin, when there are new active symbols which land in an unlocked row, they become held and the respin counter once again returns to three. There are also some special symbols in play during the feature, which we will explain shortly.

Unlocking Additional Rows

Each cannon symbol that the player lands in an active row will remove one of the padlocks from the closest inactive row. Once the cannon removes a padlock, it will transform into a credit prize.

Once all padlocks are removed from an inactive row, it becomes active and eligible to collect prizes for the player.

Special Symbols in the Hold and Spin Feature

In addition to the targets and cannons, there are some additional special symbols that may appear during the hold and spin respins feature:

• Strongman Symbols - These multiply the values of up to ten previously landed symbols, after which the strongman converts into a credit prize.
• Trapeze Woman Symbols - These collect the values of up to ten previously landed symbols and convert to a prize of that amount.
• Clown Symbols - These add up to five additional prizes to previously unfilled spaces on the grid, after which they convert into a credit prize.

Getting the Grand Jackpot

If all available symbol positions are locked, or if four locked rows are unlocked throughout the feature, curtains over the symbol position at the top of the reels open.

Every respin with the curtains open offers the chance to win the 2000x bet Grand Jackpot. The Grand Jackpot can only be won once per feature.

The bonus feature ends when all three respins have been exhausted, or when all available symbol positions (including the top one) are filled. All landed symbols in active rows are collected. Any star symbols convert to a mini, minor, or major jackpot.
